ShopOnn — not refunding for order cancelled by them

I had placed an order no. Orn[protected] placed at "shoponn.in" on 11th april, 2018 for gatsby brand after shave lotion for rs. 225 (Including delivery charges) and paid by net banking. This item was shown to be in stock. As per bank transaction details, the amount of rs. 225 was transferred to "inb nipun engineering pvt ltd. The order was accepted and i received an sms confirmation on 11th april itself that they will despatch the product soon and inform me courier details.

On 15th april, 2018, i received an sms from them that their vendor has rejected the order - no reason cited for rejection and i should immediately provide my bank account details to"[protected]@shoponn.in" to receive my refund immediately. I provided these details by email on the same day.

Though 3 weeks have passed, they have neither refunded the amount nor replied my 3 emails dated 23-4-18, 30-4-18d a 3-5-18, enquiring about status of refund. They are also not answering phone calls on :[protected], listed as customer care in their website.
