Shoposum — the product I received was defective | |||||
I ordered a watch through shoposum.com on 9th aug, 2018. i received the product on 20 aug, 2018, when i opened the package, it was found defective and so i tried to reach the website for refund, but all to no avail, they haven't reply to my complaint and the website contact was also of no avail as it shows error. please help me. as a student, a thousand rupees spend to a product of no use to me is a huge loss to me, Was this information helpful? | |||||
