Shoppers Stop — money debited for failed transaction

I have placed one order between11:25-11:35 am on 20th aug 2017. Below goes details of the order.

Amount paid by hdfc netbanking : 346.6

After placing the order money got debited and gift card balance got consumed but no order id was generated and control was redirected to login page. I want immediate refund for this failed transaction else i shall approach consumer court.
