[Resolved]  Shoppersstop.com — Money got deducted without placing the order. No response from grievance cell

Dear Team,

I tried to place an order on 02-FEB-2022 via ShoppersStop app. The amount of 1898 got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called up customer service and they told me that refund has been initiated but till now there is no email or sms communication. Sent email to Grievance.[protected]@shoppersstop.com but still no response. Case number registered-CAS[protected]Q4S7C4.
Please help.
