Shoppersstop.com — No refund issued after item return

I returned the product back because I received an incorrect product than the one shown in the images online. Shopperstop has received my product on 11th June, they have acknowledged receipt. But no sight of refund. It’s been over 10 days. Everytime I call their customer service they tell me to wait for 2 days, but that’s of no use.
