Hi team.. I received a credit note from your store at royal meenakshi mall, bangalore worth 2000 rupees. I enquired with the store for purchase against the note and they told me it has expired. I was travelling on work and was not available in bangalore and hence couldn't purchase earlier. For this very reason i did demand a cash refund against the damaged product that was sold to me initially but they insisted i take a credit note.

I called customer care now and they bluntly shut down on me saying they don't handle store related issues and there is no team set up for that as such. Over the last 6 years of me shopping with you'll the experience has been very good barring this one

Can u pls help reactivate my credit note??
