Shoppersstop.com — items not delivered but online status says that it has been delivered

2 kurtis of stop brand were not delivered and in the status it says that the items have been delivered.

Called customer care many times but they are not providing the proof of delivery, the pod which they shared with me does not have my address on it and the time they tried to deliver.

They still havent refunded me the money even after calling them 9 times on the phone.
