Shoppersstop.com — not providing me a refund

I ordered 2 products from shoppers stop in march 2018. I never received them on my delivery address.

Then i called them that i want my refund for both products as i didn't get any product. They initiated refund for both my orders but i get only half refund amount.
I am daily talking with them for my refund and they are not providing me any solution for this.
I want my refund asap.

Updated by Rana Rajat No one is doing nothing on this. I have not received the refund yet. The order was of 20th March 2018. Today its been more than 2 months.

I talked to Shoppers stop customer care and they are telling me that refund has been done but I have not received any amount from them.
