[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — online order | |||||
Hello team, On 20 dec 2017 with order confirmation[protected] i placed an order of three dresses. "womens round neck textured midi dress" and what the dispatch has shipped is "womens round neck textured jacket". On receiving the product on 24 dec when i called the helpline support number of shoppers stop they said that i had placed the order for "womens round neck textured jacket" which is correct and my claim on the order of "womens round neck textured midi dress" is wrong and i am short of memory. However, in the confirmation email of the order it can be seen clearly that i had placed an order for "womens round neck textured midi dress". They have had the courage o[censored]pdating my order with a wrong product so that the support staff can't see the correct order that i have placed.
