I ordered for a Casio Edifice Twin Censor watch on shoppersstop website on 26th October 2015. There was an offer on the site and the watch was priced at Rs. 1999 and I paid the amount in full. Order number is 00324093. When I did not receive any tracking information even after 3 days, I reached out to the customer care and was promised that the order would be shipped in another couple of days as it usually takes close to a week to ship the order. Later I got a call from a customer service personnel trying to explain it to me that someone at their end messed up the pricing and that they couldn't give me the watch for 1999 and said that a refund would be processed. I ordered the watch a Durga Puja festive gift and the entire went down the drain. I tried reaching out to their customer care as well as their top brass but they were not even ready to take accountability. I am not looking for a response from them. I want to know if someone can help me file a case against them because I recently got to know that I can file a consumer case with in 2 years of the issue being faced.
