[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — purchases payment and short delivery of items | |||
I made purchase for Rs.12, 380 yesterday (15-June-2019) at Andheri West Shopper's Stop vide Cash Memo No.6989. Among the things purchased, were two number of pack of three handkerchiefs. Both were paid for in the Cash Memo @ Rs.219 each. After billing was done (by Afzal), the items were put in Shopper's Stop Bag. At that point of time, there was another person selling CitiBank Credit Card also standing alongside the Cashier. After payment of the above amount by credit card, the cashier filled the items in a Shopper's Stop Bag. The bag was then handed over to me, I check with Afzal where all the items were put in. He confirmed. When I reached home I found one pack of three handkerchief was missing, which probably was not put in the bag. I would urge you to have a look at the CCTV to find out if there was some intentional withholding of the said item. If yes, I would request you to let me know. Yes, , cashier also don't know how to behave with customers, , I'm also faced same like this problem. They didn't resolve my problem also. Cashier behavior is rudely and angry with customers.
