[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — refund not received for product returned | |||||
I had bought talking batman toy through ss online purchase but sadly, the product delivered was some aquaman. I had initiated a return request with refund in my ss wallet. The product was collected and i was handed the pick up receipt on 4th of august. The product has reached the warehouse and passed quality check is what i was told. It has been so many days now no refund has been made till now. I have been calling the customer support team and they have been giving me false assurances that they will get back to me within 24 hours. I have been following up everyday since 19th august and nobody has bothered to get back to me. I have also sent emails to the customer support team but no one has replied. I have been doing online shopping from so many retailers like myntra etc. My experience has been great. But with ss i am facing so much trouble and nobody from the shoppers stop customer service team seem to care about it. Really disappointed! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Jeena the customer care agents are sadists. When i called them to tell my grievance, the girl on the phone started laughing. "I told her is this a joke." I called as well as wrote to customer care on Saturday August 25, they said give us some time we will get back. As of today, i have got no response. I am only following up with the courier company, in fact the courier company was more helpful then the shoppersstop agents.
