[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — refund of money against return of goods | |||||
Hi, Shoppers stop is harassing me just like anything. I had placed order through their online app on different dates against different order nos. They do not have any quality system to check the size, they miss the delivery deadlines and when you will try to return the goods and ask the refund - their app is unable to take the details of bank. It is 14 days now that they have done the reverse pick of the return goods but did not yet refund my money, though it should not take more than 8 days time They are saying goods did not yet receive in their warehouse in last 2 weeks. Was it a fault of the customer? If their courier company does not deliver goods to their warehouse for an indefinite period of time, they will not refund my money for an indefinite period of time? Today is 14th Aug and there is no update from Shopper stop. Though Ms.Cletty has promised to update me today but she did not as she has no answer.
When i contact Ms.Cletty - I have been told that " issues has been forwarded to the concerned team and she did not yet receive any reply."
Out of Rs.7353.80, they just refunded Rs.479.40 yesterday evening (13th Aug 2018)
When i asked Ms.Cletty when you have received 6 items at your warehouse why did you not transfer money for the remaining items? What is the difficulty ? There is no reasonable answer . She was asking whether i have shared my bank details or not. My question is that if i did not share the same how did they transfer Rs.479.40 ?
Looking forward for a strong & prompt action from your end.

Thank you very much Consumer Forum.
I was running behind shopper stop from last 2 weeks and they tried every possibility to put me in trouble.
They themselves do not bother to call me. When i called them keeping me on hold for several minutes. Saying same line again and again - " sorry for the inconvenience, and goods did not yet receive in our warehouse."
After i make a complain at consumer forum, Shopper stop (Ms.Cletty) has taken the pain to call me today morning. Same line they are singing till today after 17 days of the reverse pick up of the goods. She is still saying that goods did not yet receive at their warehouse. When their nominated courier company is unable to deliver goods at their warehouse in 2 weeks was it a fault of customer? My money will be lying with them for an indefinite period of time ?
Other shopping portal is immediately refund the money once they do the reverse pick up irrespective of receive the goods in the ware house or not. Shoppers stop App is also not taking bank details in their system, for that we need to manually send details on email. Though they delivered goods on 29th July, it is still showing that delivery is pending and that is why i am unable to return the goods. Today is 13th Aug and their reply is still same like 8th Aug. If you have a look in my previous complain - it will state the same.
Let's see when will I get my refund finally.
