[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — regarding the refund | |||||
I have bought an item on shoppersstop web portal on 6 aug 2018. For some reason i had to return the item so pick up was arranged from the company on 9 aug 2018. I got sms that we have received the item in our warehouse and after post quality checks, refund will be initiated finally on 29 aug 2018 i received the sms that refund has been initiated and will reflect in 2-3 days into your bank account. Today is 10 sep 2018 and after repeated calls and emails i haven't received any refund. My refund is for 2799/-. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I can call this 'simply pathetic'. I will attach the return receipt with this message. Was this information helpful? | |||||
