Hi sir, I have ordered a product on 30th nov'17 (Order #[protected] through shoppers stop online and received product on 23rd dec'17 (After several follow-ups), but it's a damaged product and requested for replacement and send back to shoppers stop and received by them on 6th jan'18 and they have confirmed that they can't provide new product and reversed my amount on 16th jan'18. After waiting almost 2 months they have returned my money and just escaped as they can't provide new product. If shoppers stop don't have the product, why they are keeping available in the website?
