I am writing this email to inform you that i had a very bad experience with shopper stop online shopping. First, i have not received the material on time and now i am waiting for my refund amount after cancelling my orders. I am doing a continuous followups with your customer care but everytime i am getting an answer that they have updated the case and i'lll receive my refund as soon as possible. Now it's been more than 1 month. Could you please let me know how much time will it take for refunding my amount. Below are the order details : 1. Order id[protected]Order placed on 02nd aug 2018) Cancelled / not accepted the products due to not delivered on time. - girls peterpan collar solid asymmetrical product (2 quantity) - girls round neck assorted layered dress with sling bag (1 quantity) - womens round neck solid pinafore dress (1 quantity) 2. Order id[protected]Order placed on 02nd aug 2018) - girls peterpan collar solid asymmetrical product (1 quantity) I was placed an online order for some occasions but i have not received the delivery hence i have cancelled all my orders. Now i am struggling for my refund. Every alternate date i am calling your customer care but no use. I have only received below refund : Rev of pmt id [protected] (Amount rs. 750/-) I am requesting you to do the needful by providing my refund in original more of payment (Netbanking).
