Dear all I have purchased B920272 - Whirlpool Ace 80I 8 Kg Semi Automatic Washing Machine (1) on 5th of Nov2013 Order No. [protected] and delivery date 25/11/2013 but still not receive my product, i all ready register complaint in customer care Case Id. 1178620 but still did not get satisfactory response from them, please help to get my product and also please let me know how they can be penalize for delaying delivery without any information. They did not inform me about delay. when ever i called customer care they told we do not have update from vendor. Thanks Rijwan
