I made a payment of inr 1495 online to buy a product from shoppingadda.com and received the mail for payment confirmation and order processing.

When i call to confirm my order on the customer care number[protected] but they are saying we will not give you product when i asked for the refund they refused for refund as well.

Later i got a call that we have received the payment and will...

I had ordered steam sauna bath online for 5950 with the option COD but as soon as I finished ordering I got a call that I have to transfer the said money immediately into their account as for big products they don't have COD facility .The person kept on calling me I transferred the amount n then I received a horrible n a cheaper steam sauna which is much lesser at the other online stores.i called them up n asked them why is it so they replied...
