Shoppingbazaar.in — product not delivered

I ordered one item from this website. The total price for the same was 249. They conveyed through call that it will get delivered before 07th september, but the order has not been delivered yet. And, they haven't replied to any of my mail and their phone is switched off. There is not way i can track the order. Please take a strict action against this as i can see many other people have complaint about this.
