[Resolved] Shoppingdealz.in — received damaged product

I bought sauna steam bath from shoppingdealz.in. After 3 days they delivered a local and low quality and damaged product and they have not even given any proper order slip and blank paper of my name and address. And now when I am trying to reach out to them nobody picking up the calls and addressing my problem.Without any proper bill i cant do anything Since it was sent through bluedart courier so it was not open delivery that i can check whether proper order slip is attached or not.Please assist me for this.
