[Resolved] Shoppingoutlet.in — Fake JBL Bluetooth speaker and earphones

They are selling fake jbl products on website and they claim it to be 100% genuine.
They are into a business where in they sell fake products and when we want to return they are asking 300rs charge.
The customer care people are so rude they won't listen to our problems.

It is very evident that the products are fake, i have checked in internet
Fake jbl earphones are full plastic.

Please help me in resolving the issue.

Can i sue the company as they claim they are selling fake products and claim it to be genuine in the website

We would like to confirm that if you have any issue regarding your order then as per policy:In case of discrepancy with Product, Although ( Damage/Quality issue/Not Works) require to share 5 images (with Outer packing, Inner Packing, Product Images would be mandatory within-24 hrs of received ) to Service provider . The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the picture/image.
And we would like to confirm one more thing that we clearly mention all terms and condition on our web site.
