I ordered on 18.08.2022 - 2 SEVEN 2IN1 QUICK CHOPPER CHOP & CHURN VEGATAB;LES..
Only one piece was delivered to me on 29.08.2022.
When I complained for short supply, I was asked to return the item, and was told that a fresh replacement parcel with two items will be delivered
ON 05.09.2022, the replacement parcel was delivered and the earlier item was taken back.
When I opened this parcel I found that (1) again only one item was sent, not two (ii) besides this time the replaced item was broken.
I lodged complaint to their customer care but no reply was received . calls to their customer care brought no results.
I WANT THAT SHOPSY TO BE PENALISED FOR SUCH BEHAVIOUR, ASKED TO SEND ME TWO PIECES OF THE ITEMS ORDERED AND A DAMAGE CLAIM OF RS. 500 BE PUT ON SHOPSY. Was this information helpful? |
