I have order redmi note 5 pro from shayaro.com. My order id is 18546742 which is order on 31st may 2018. But till date item not delivered. Company said that you item will be delivered on 08 jun 18. After that when i didn't receive the item then i try to contact by phone as well as mail but no response from that. On 9 jun 18 by chat i contacted the company then they said that your money will be refunded. But till now my money not refunded....

I had ordered online mi note 5 pro from shopyaro order id is #18549873, also done the payment from phone pe to shopyaro.com, but still not delivered. I am continuous trying to toll free number but no response even sending emails [protected]@shopyaro.com and [protected]@shopyaro.com showing bounce reply. Many people facing the same problem. Need your help here....

But on that day the phones are not picking up by them and they have been publishing at thier site that they have some issue with the seller so we will process the refund and cancelling all the orders. But the site is still open to buy products. No refund made and no response at all. How come a person can assure you that product will...
