I had ordered a "Redmi note pro 5" on 03/06/2018 from this website.. My order number is. 18549002. I had paid Rs 13999 through Karnataka bank. The bank transaction ID is "UPI:[protected]:[protected]@kotak(WEBTELT) I have waited for quite a long time. There is neither any refund nor any update. They are not reachable through mail or phone.
If i open there website in that homepage one message is there that we are refunding all orders money within 15days due to issue with seller product can't deliver.
However there mail and phone number nothing is working got doubt it is a fraud company. Kindly help to get my money refund.
