Shopyaro — redminote5 ordered and not received. I want 13999 rupees refund back

I have ordered redminote5 pro from shopyaro.com and paid 13999 in advance on 6 june. I have received the message also . My order id is 18550382 and notification is there ki I will recieve the mobile after four days. I have talked to the tollfree number upto 8 june and then after phone is continuosly not connection. and message on the website is there ki they are refunding money to all customers who have ordered. But no money refunded and not get mobile also. How to get back my refund of 13999 rupees. These kind of frauds should be taken seriously. kindly suggest me.
