Shopype — redmi 8 pro mobile not received

I have ordered redmi note 8 pro as on 29 october 2019 vide order no. 2939 online payments through PHONE PAY of RS: 15499. still shopype has not confirmed for my mobile delivery & his toll free number [protected] is not working. His shopype site not working.. So please help me for refund my amount.. And inquires about the shopype is this Fraud site? So please help me for my mobile or refund amount.
