My Claim was raised for my device on 1 Jan 2020, and was approved in Feb for an amount of Rs. 7517 (to be settled by shot formats) and Rs. 835 (My portion). All documents were sent to them back in March but just before the lockdown (on 23 March) I was requested to send 1 more document (NEFT FORM) which also was received by them on 20th June (Sent around 20th MAy) via speed post.
