I have a booking of consignment from Jalgaon to Mumbai. Due poor handling during transport, the material whole box get damaged. The details of consignment is as below
[protected], [protected] both consignment are having same delivery address & same material.
The first consignment [protected], was booked on 13/9/23 on date 14 sept the courier person called me and told that material box is totally damaged.
On next day i packed new box for same address, and this time also material damaged.
I was ready to understand that on first time due certain circumstances material may get damaged and hence by neglecting that i made second time booking of fresh material box of same type & for same delivery address.
This all happened only due to careless handling during transport.
I want refund for all of my material damaged,
