Shree Anjani Courier Services Pvt. Ltd. — Mismanagement, Not Delivered, Parcels opened, Not delivered

In spite of giving this courier service ample business (Vansda branch, Gujarat), they have messed up my deliveries completely and even if they don't have a courier branch in a certain place, they have been accepting couriers so that they can pocket the money.
10 of my couriers were returned due to which I lost a lot of business and received many customer complaints.
They re-sent some of my couriers after taking extra money from me and re-sent it through DTDC couriers where my couriers were opened and items went missing from 3 packages!
This happened during Diwali. After I spoke to the person who manages their branch here, he re-assured that this would not occur again.
2 weeks ago, I sent another parcel to Bengaluru and asked them to re-check whether they will deliver to that pincode. After re-assuring that they will, I sent the courier. It was a very important courier to an important client (who I have lost business with because of this courier service). The items are worth Rs. 4000 in the package and it has still not been delivered to my client. The courier person in charge did not inform me that the courier was returned as the Bengaluru office sent it back as they do not have a delivery office for that pincode! Tracking no: [protected].
The Vansda branch person in charge re-sent it via another courier without telling me and it has still not reached my client! I have had to hear enough, provide a refund and re-send products to my client worth Rs. 4000. I am going to stop using their service entirely for my business and would want a refund for at least this package. I let go the Diwali mismanagement, inefficiency and negligence of Shree Anjani Couriers during Diwali for my business, but it has now reached a point where I am losing a lot of business, money, and getting a bad name because of this courier service. I would like a full refund and compensation for the Bengaluru courier sent and would also like to state that if the courier service was to continue in the Vansda branch, it cannot do so with the kind of haphazard management which they have here!

My Courier from Anjani Courier Service Krishna Nagar, Delhi Branch tracking I'd([protected]) was dispatched on 31 December 2022, First They Said the package is lost and they will compensate the loss for which they ask GST bill of that item and I have provided the same it's more than a month now, neither they pick my calls nor they are compensating the loss and whenever I track the courier it's show in transit, pls either return my package or else refund my money asap, I'm attaching the ss of Tracking I'd and bill of my Courier
