The entire team is highly unprofessional, makes silly mistakes which will cost you dearly making you apply again for your trademarks. Basically it will take 3 years for you to understand the whole process and eventually you will have to do it yourself and you cannot afford to rely on these highly unprofessional unethical and lazy people. And now they have stopped responding to calls and emails.
