Shree Lalji Gas Service Kandiwali Mumbai — Not delivered timely

Very messy delivery, their agent does not distribute the cylinders at the customer's door step...they call the customer to near cylinders vehicle and speaks to them if we delivery cylinder at your door step we charge you 10 rupees extra... If you take your own cylinders you will have to pay the amount of cashmemo ... I had booked the gas on 11/11/2018 and they sent me gas delivery message on 12/11/2018 without giving me gas cylinder. When I went on 13/11/2018 to take my gas cylinder near his gas vehicle, the agent take in from me Rs 27 more than cashmemo amount... I was told the amount of gas cylinder delivery of Cashmemo 913 rupees ...The agent said me... gas cylinder amount have increased ... and he not given me any receipt ...My cashmemo number and amount...And my consumer number are bellow
