Shree Laxmi Enterprises — Sweat slim belt torn within a week, fake mobile number given in the bill & nobody receiving the phone call to hear to the complai

I had purchased a sweat slim belt on 1st sep 2016 by placing an order in any of the mobile numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] or [protected], i exactly do not remember. I paid rs 1890 for the same. My belt has torn within a week, in the bill they have written money back guarantee whereas they are not receiving my phone call & disconnecting as my number is registered. I had called up from other number, then they told me that they will call me back & connect me to their official & took my bill number to complain, but still now they are doing the same, disconnecting my registered numbers. My point is why are the tv channels being allowed to advertise such products by fake companies & fooling consumers like us. If you kindly look into the matter, we common people will not be cheated. It is not a point of my getting back the money but as customer like me, thousands are being fooled daily but nobody is there to protest. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest. I am the headmistress of a school and feel ashamed to live in a nation surrounded by cheaters, so request you to punish z& stop such advertisements on tv channels immediately.
