[Resolved]  Shree Maruti Courier Service — courier not delivered since 15 days

C/O-Bhagaban Prusty, Matha Sahi, Chauliaganj, Cuttack-, Odisha, Cuttack, Odisha, 753004

My father had sent medicine from cuttack, odisha to hinjewadi, pune through maruti courier.
The delivery address was my office address.
After 15 days also i didn't get any delivery and upon calling the delivery boy and he even refused to deliver in home address also that is in wakad.
This is worst service considering the medicine has to be delivered.
