The website shows absolutely no information regarding the status of my parcel. What is the point of providing a tracking id if there is no use for it? And the customer service person is so intelligent that she has replied to my email asking about my product stating that there is no online update and so i have to contact the booking branch. The booking branch is part of the same company. She is supposed to contact them. What the hell is the customer service there for? Was this information helpful? | |
