Dear sir, Please refer to our parcel docket no[protected] dated 25 jan 2018. Mr vijay patel of your dak collection boy has collected the parcel from our office on 25 jan 2018 to mr rajbhadur, allahabad bank margaon (Goa). At the time of collection of the parcel the net weight of package was 600 gms. It is confirm from the recipient that only cover he has got and the documents in the parcel are misplaced and the envelope was broken. In view of the above you are requested to investigate the matter on priority as the documents are very legal which have to deposit to government authority. An early action is requested. No information provided regarding tracking no. Parcel returned but no communication from Maruti services. When tried to call them, no response from customer service. It is Worst courier service I have ever seen. Worst, worst, worst, worst, worst.. If you can't fulfill customer expectations, better you close your company & do something useful.
