I sent earbuds to my friend from Mumbai to Tamil nadu on Saturday & got confirmation from lady who was at billing counter that parcel will be delivered on Monday surely 99%. Again on Monday I called at center as parcel was not delivered so lady told me that the parcel wrongly sent at different ware house location so it will be deliver Tuesday by 3 PM to destination later she told before 8 PM will reach, again evening I called so she said tomorrow (wed) by 3 PM surely 99% will reach. Again I waited whole day today she parcel has to reach to . When late evening after doing so much follow up still parcel was not deliver at place I called that lady she is saying madam it will get deliver by today 8pm when I asked why u guys find so much difficultly to deliver such small thing she said earphone mai aisa problem hota hai madam, when u already knew such items u cant deliver than tell the customers at first place that such items will not be delivered why did u accept my parcel?? And gave me the number of tuticorin branch person whom I called who doent have sense how to speak with person was trying to figure out the details about my parcel even after explaining many times he did not understand and rudely said tumko kya chaye kal hoga deliver aaj nhi hoga & just cut the call still my frnd has not receive parcel. Very unprofessional and rude staff who have no skills how to deal with people. Your giving us service for that we pay the charge so it's your responsibility to provide us service your executive speaks to people as they are doing some social work.
