Shree Nandan Courier Service — Contents of parcel received broken. Courier service damaged goods of rs 35000

I had sent a parcel from Surat to Mumbai on 28th August 2021. The parcel was received on 1st Sep 2021. When opened it was found all the material in the parcel was damaged and broken.
The parcel had a cpu cabinet and an IPS monitor screen.
When confronted with the customer care I was told to contact the person who took the parcel. That person gave me another number and asked me to call on that. The no is [protected] - Nandan courier.
I shared the images of the damaged products with them and called them thrice.
Finally they took to a conference call and told me that sending computers and monitors is not allowed.
However, I had clearly stated at the time of giving the parcel that it contains computer, computer parts and accessories and it has to be handled with care. I told him many times that it had to be handled delicately.
The person from who took the parcel, did not object and picked up the parcel from my home.
Now during the conference call, he simple rejected that it was computer and monitor in the screen. He told the agent that I never mentioned this and it was some household stuff that I am sending.
And the agent too took his side and told me that they ate not responsible for this. I asked the agent to provide me some contact that can deal with this. She said she will send me but not received anything yet.
How can I prove that I clearly mentioned at the time of giving the parcel that it was a computer and accessories ?
Now it is just his words against mine and the customer care agent just wanted to get over with the issue as soon as possible.
It is me who is in loss of approx 30-40k because of their negligence.
What will be the solution for this ?

You should have the same metioned in the Tracking Slip they provided to you. Simply verbal communications and assurances are not enough. These needs to be documented for legal and future references.
