Shree Nandan Courier Service — Courier not delivered and missing

Hello, I have send a simple packet by Shree nandan courier services pvt. ltd from patiala to bangalore on 5th november 2015 (consignment number is[protected] and after 5days they told me that the bangalore office returned my packet but reason was not there mentioned. The courier was sent to Whitefield, Bangalore, a proper posh area so how they can't deliver there when the person whom i sent was daily at home. Now as more than 15days already gone but my packet is still not returned back and when i asked Courier agency in patiala they said that they will deliver it with another courier company but still nothing i got. Then i called the bangalore whitefield office of shree nandan courier (Contact No.:[protected] then they said yes, we returned tha packet because the delivery boy who worked for whitefield, left the job so we can't deliver it. what the hell? is it ok with a company who is showing themselves as Domestic and International courier services don't have delivery boys and returning courier after 10days? even their main contact number[protected] is wrong and they won't reply my emails either. How to get out of it? even i told when send the courier that it is bit urgent so they said they will deliver it in max 3 days. Now my packet is not reached where is has to be, more than 15days already gone... mentally torture i am getting, feeling helpless. Giving calls everywhere. what should i do? Now i want my packet back as well as my money which i have invested and my time and torture they are giving me...
