Shree Swami Samarth Enterprises — fake recruitment of tata motors

Hi, this message is to make people aware about the agencies which possess themselves as "official recruiting agency for tata motors". Tata motors conduct their own recruitment drives. Tata motors does not give any contract to recruitment agencies.
I had received a call from a bogus agency named "shree swami samartha enterprises" from pune. At first i thought it was real because when i asked the representative from where they had got my number, they replied me with saying my college database had it, and to my bad luck tata motors was about to come to our college for recruitment drive. I agreed to visit their office for further process. When i reached the location, i started sensing that something was fishy. The recruitment agency was just a small shop with only a hoarding in the name of their company for identification. They asked me to come inside. They asked for my resume and photos. The lady started telling me about the process. She showed me the permission letter they had from tata motors. The permission letter had: 1) no date, 2) it was crumbled (I suppose they were using it from many years), 3) she denied me for taking a photograph of the letter, 4) stating no year of passing requirement. Now, my doubts were turning into realization of fake recruiter. The lady later said that the "ctt" (I guess she was trying to say ctc) would be around 18000 per month and take home salary would be 15000 rupees. The lady further said that i need to deposit 10000 rupees either by cheque or depositing the amount in bank account along with that i need to submit a postdated cheque of additional 10000 rupees. The cheque, she said, should be in the name of atul jadhav. I questioned her about who was atul jadhav. She answered me saying that he was the company hr for tata motors and he would be recruiting me by reference. When i asked her what will be the proof that i would get from her after depositing the amount, she showed me a receipt book which we usually get from any general store or stationary shop. The best trick the bogus recruiters use is by saying that we need to deposit the amount as early as possible as they will be recruiting only limited students and same was the case with me.
After two days i received a call from the same recruiter asking me about my application and about when was i going to deposit the amount. I simply asked her a question that what was the name of the hr recruiter you told to me? The lady started saying "sir, i'm sorry but i cannot here you properly". And i never received her call again. I guess she got to know that i was aware about the fraud.
