Hi,
I moved my luggage form Pune to Bangalore on 16th Dec 2015. I was told by your Mr. Angad and was committed that the luggage will reach Bangalore on 18th Dec 2015.
I planned by air travel to reach Bangalore on 18th Dec and set up my new home.
Your Bangalore rep. Mr. Sharma kept saying the luggage will arrive in 5 hrs, 3 hrs, 10 hrs etc.. and i had to keep traveling to my new home from my relatives place to stay a couple of times. Mr. Sharma was totally callous and indiffrent because of the delay. In his exact words "aapka luggage aaj nahi to kal aayga. kal nahi to parso aayega". "Ek - do din idhar udhar hojata hai". How unprofessional is this ?
The luggage arrived on 20th Dec 2015. for the 2 days i inccured an expense of nearly 3000 Rs. This includes food expenses.
After an arguement with Mr. Angad, he said that you can deduct 2000 Rs. as a penalty from the final settlement. Instead your Mr. Sharma blackmailed me that unless the entire amount was not paid upfront, the truck will not be unloaded.
On top of that, i was shocked to see my luggage was loaded in a truck that contained sharp industrial goods. This has caused scratches and dent marks on my motorcycle.
I expect to be reimbursed for my expenses incurred due to the delay and motorcycle dent and paint damage.
I have a specific complaint against your Mr. Angad. After arriving to Bangalore, i had to submit my relocation expense invoice. I must have called my a 100 times where he did not pick up my calls. On one particular day i called my 40 times continously till my call was answered. I was made to run pillar to post for about 45 days to obtain the invoice.
In the end i must say it was entirely unprofessional.
