On January 16th Shreedhan Packers and Movers (https://shreedhancargopackers.com/) moved our household goods from Pune to Mangaon, Kudal Sindhudurg district. Mr Aryan Deshmukh was handling our case, was all so assuring and acting responsible that our goods will be delivered without any issues. He promised that incase of any possible damages, his company would be compensating for the same, we were convinced to pay insurance premium too.
Upon arrival, we got damaged furniture, so also our Mandir. when i talked to him, he said that it may be a matter of bhakti for you but i will need to see the commercial aspect of the business. this was the first insensitive comment he made. we still kept talking to him on WA, phone calls, he kept assuring that he will get the damaged part replaced. lies upon lies followed for the next two months. he even said that he has got the damaged part and is in kudal and would come to our place and replace next morning. it never happened as he was never in kudal. next he said that he has sent it thru a student whos from kudal and he would get it in few days. some number was provided to us, the 'student' kept telling that he would be visiting us next morning to hand it over, again it never happened. then he stopped answering our calls, WA messages. heights of shamelessness. he was playing with our sentiments all the while and never even bothered to keep up his promise. we have our idols still in a bag as the damaged mandir cannot be used. since its not very easy for us to go to Pune to take necessary action on this liar, he has been cheating us. this company is a big hoax, they are least bothered about customers and their goods. all they want is customers' money.
kindly take necessary action on him for hurting our religious sentiments and make him pay the compensation for the damaged goods, and also for the mental agony and harassment.
