Shreedhan Packers and Movers — Reimbursement amount not received

I will not recommend these guys for they are not professional and lend the worst service ever. They don't give your damage claim as well .

I have used their service last November. Mister Aryan Deshmukh quoted for my shipment from Pune to Trivandrum. He convinced me they are the best in industry with their packing videos and images . The packaging was so bad that my cupboard glass and water filter valve broke; as well as my dining table glass top was missing. They have charged me 3k for goods insurance worth value 1 lakh (for which I have not received any insurance details even after multiple requests).

The package I chose was for packing and unpacking . But all they did was drop the boxes at the destination and they left. I was not even given enough to time to ensure all my boxes were there. When I requested them to unpack, they said it was not their job. All I requested was to assemble back some of my furniture which they disassembled. When I contacted Mr. Aryan he said it was a miscommunication and that he will send a guy to unpack the same day. Nobody came even after multiple follow-ups. So I have unpacked locally paying 3k(assembling bed, assembling cupboard)

I have asked them reimbursement for unpacking as well as for my damaged goods. But all they do is disconnect every call I make. Very rude & cheating behavior.
