No..RJ27PA8500...Very bad experience...with such type of bad staff...he did not stop the bus after night 1 oclock till udaipur reached...every customer requested to stop the bus at somewhere nearest hotel for fresh up and toilet he told that bus will not stop till udaipur is not rescued...even two small kids toilet in bus only so staff member scold the parents badly...when we told driver that we will complain to your owners than he replied..."me purana driver hu koi mera kuch nahi bigad sakta " and all staff members were laughing...even ladies requested him to stop the bus but driver response was not good with ladies...and every body start laughing...I am regular customer of srinath bus service from udaipur to surat even my cloth parcels come through srinath service only but I did not see that type of service...according to me srinath is the best known for their service only but after that type of experience I will not prefer any type of service from srinath...I request to srinath owners to please take an action against this type of staff the are not humble with their customer...we talked with operator of srinath at kankaroli but everybody was laughing there but did not get any response from them...
