Shreenath Travel Agency — missed bus because of negligence of bus agent and very poor customer service | |||
I have booked my bus ticket from nathdwara to ahmedabad on 28/01/2017 form redbus shrinath tour and travels. The departure timing of bus from nathdwara is 6.45 am. After reaching there on 6.35am, there is not stand bus and office is also closed so i called on this no [protected] many times which is provided to me on my e ticket but call is not received by anybody. I have to take another bus from ahmedabad to belgaum on 3.30 pm so i have booked another bus ticket from nathdwara to ahmedabad from shrinath travels. After 1 hr when office is open, the agent is contacted by my wife but not proper response is given by him because he is busy in sleeping. His reply is given to my wife his computer is not working and you should contact to me. Very funny i have already called him many times but neither call is received by him nor his office is open and he told her u should contact him, nice joke. Bus is departed without taking his traveller without checking of his traveller in bus and before departing time. What is this. Please reverse the bus ticket amt of rs 490 to me and take suitable action against this conducted negligency so that this type of negligency not occur again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had book one parcel from Jaipur to Gandhidham vide LR No.0012092 dated 30th November 2020. The parcel is still not deliver and I sent cloths for home marriage function and it should be deliver on 4th November as per booker but the parcel is still in Ahmedabad and no one taking initiate Jaipur office person is very rudely replied and denied for responsibility and gave number of ahmedabad office they told that when bus will come for ahmedabad then they will sent and from last 4 days the parcel hold in ahmedabad. if the clothes not deliver by today how family member wear. I am continuously following from last 2 days very softly and normally so parcel will deliver on time but today very bad staff of shrinath Travel Jaipur railway station office shouting on me but not to take responsibility.
