Shreya Life Sciences Pvt Ltd — Regarding not pf submission

I joined shreya life sciences pvt ltd.in 2011.I resigned Shreya life science in August 2014 now I need money for education purpose and I want to withdrawal my pf amount for this i submit pf withdrawl forms in company but they rejected coz they have not submit employers share ...then I was told by pf customer support that you can send pf withdrawal form direct to respective pf office then we will help to take money then i send my papers (form 10c, form 15g, form 19, Pan card, cancel cheque)direct to pf office bandra now i am not able to get any clarification...how long will it take to get resolved...
