I have following dealings with Shriram Chits TN in the branches of T.Nagar II & Tiruvannamala*i.

Out of the above chits, I have prized the chit (4210/8008/19) on[protected] & the chit (4790/03002/22) on[protected].In this connection, I have completed all the formalities to receive my claim for Bid No. (4210/8008/19) and was begging the T.Nagar II office for claim. At this juncture it came as an irrecoverable shock that my claim at T.Nagar II was being delayed due to the reason that the non-prized bid No.(4790/8002/18) No. has been notified by Shriram Chits as Prized since months ago for which it was recorded that I was unable to provide sufficient Surety to claim the same. Adding to my mental agony, I was further asked to pay a penalty of Rs.5000/- which was also paid by me on[protected] by cheque..
Hence I request that the following may be done immediately by SHRIRAM CHITS:
(i) Conversion of Bid 4790/84002/18 from Non-Prized status to Prized status with immediate refund of penalty collected from me
(ii) Release of prized money of my chit No. 4210/80008/19 for which sufficient surety was already furnished
(iii) Release of prized money of my chit No. 4790/03002/22 immediately after submission of required surety

I submit with pain that if all my above requests are not fulfilled, I may have no option other than moving with Cosumer Redressal Cell to express my mental and sleepless agony and seek for a suitable compensation along with a copy to the Superintendant of Police, Tiruvannamlai with a request to book a case of cheating.
