I have registered a claim against my policy no 10000/31/6/056648 on 28/08/2019. Shriram general insurance company limited had registered it with claims no -10000/31/6/056648. Asking for claims against my bill amount the company ask me for state tax slip for the accident day. I provide them slip for day it was himachal pardesh tex slip. Actuly accident was happened at uttarakhand & uttar pradesh border for this reason they ask me for tax slip for uttar pardesh i said that because i am on the return way from my destination in himachal pardesh and there is no state tax both on this way and this is a hill area called mohand. After some days they rejected my claim. I have said many time to the company representative to fix my claims but they said you haven’t this tax slip that’s why your claims is rejected.
So i requeste to you kindly see this meter i will highly obliged. Thank you
