Shriram Life Insurance — fake commitment to get policy | |||
Dear sir/madam, My name balaji. M from madurai tamil nadu. I get life insurance regular premium 2017 march. One of your guys asking through my mobile number the name was mathi executive (Manager name santhosh). They giving the promise to arrange business loan 5lakhs but we need 25000 rupees premium per year. I told your guys i got cibil problem. But your guys told me sir i am manager for loan section also, so i will get response. With 5days i give the 5lakh loan. Then i pay rs 25000 through neft. But till now i am not getting my loan. I need my policy amount refund as soon as possible. What i do i have proof and telephone records also give some solutions please. My name is jeevanrekha from perundurai. I had taken a policy at April 2016. My policy no. NN[protected]. They committed me for arranging loan but after insuring Rs. 30000 they have not at all responded. And all of it the policy bond gives details that no loan can be provided with the policy. I need my money back.
