I was stfc customer and I settled the loan 9 months back.my vehicle number is SK01T0718 in the name of Kiran Sharma who is my cousin.my complaint is regarding the unprofessional attitude of the branch credit manager, although the staffs and agents are very good and cooperative and their service to customer is very satisfactory.
My suggestion and feedback to the company is that the company should throw these type of credit manager who is so selfish and rude.As I own 7 vehicles I stopped financing from STFC for the same reason, agent calls me to finance with them but sorry I hate their credit manager.
