Shubhkamna Buildtech Pvt Ltd — Flat possession delayed

My son Milan Rawat booked a two room + study flat (D-2/B-6) in your Shubhkamna Advert Tech Home scheme Sector 137 Noida in May 2011. As per the builder-buyer agreement the flat must be delivered within three year s from booking date but I am sorry to say that the project is already laggard as per the stipulated time. I visited the site many times and most of the time I found that there is no work in progress or sometimes hardly few workers seen working there. As the builder promised in the agreement that the flat will be readied within three years _ that is by June 2014. Now more of 2015 too has been elapsed and still the delivery picture of flat seems foggy. I visited Sector 2 NOIDA office too many times but there is hardly a person steadfast on the projects progress. Already 90 per cent of the flat cost has been paid and it is really difficult to meet both end _ the higher interest on loan amount and rental payment of present house.
